At Peak Performance Chiropractic we are an integrated office that practices multiple methods to provide safe, pain relief and comprehensive care to you and your family.  Our goal is to enhance all aspects of our patient’s well-being following our whole body wellness philosophy.  We have a passion for what we do and we are here to help you live a healthy, active lifestyle.

Unique Approach to Care

We provide a unique system of care that allows us to clinically evaluate each patient. In addition to traditional chiropractic services, we offer nutritional counseling, orthotics and MUCH more.

To successfully diagnose each patient, we complete a comprehensive assessment and physical examination of the patient to find the root cause(s) of their problem.  We evaluate the role that nutrition, exercise, environment factors or influences and lifestyle factors play in a patient’s overall well-being. Once a working diagnosis is established through lab tests and a clinical evaluation, we develop a treatment strategy through functional and integrative rehabilitation.

The doctor to patient relationship is built on mutual respect, trust, and cooperation, Our medical providers work collaboratively with our patients to help them reach optimal health and attack the underlying cause(s) of their condition.

Through a combination of advanced technology, innovative treatments options and preventative strategies, we are dedicated to improving our patient’s quality of life and achieving long-term health.

Dr. Jen Morrow comes to Hood River originally from St. Louis, MO. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, during which time she spent a year abroad in Perth, Western Australia.  It was there that she decided to return several years later to attend Chiropractic School at Murdoch University.

Dr. Morrow decided to become a Chiropractor after working for several years as a licensed massage therapist and a physical therapy aide. She wanted to be able to affect not only the soft tissues, like muscles, fascia, and tendons, but to have an immediate effect on bones and joints, as well. As an athlete, I have always had an appreciation for how the body works. As a massage therapist, I feel that I gained an intuitive healing capacity with my hands. This has been a wonderful asset to bring to my role as a Chiropractor in delivering safe, effective, and gentle care. Some of her involvement while in Chiropractic school included treating families in rural India, professional surfers in South Africa, and working as an intern to the Seattle Mariners baseball team. Upon graduation, Dr. Morrow worked in a busy family wellness practice on the Sunshine Coast of Australia before returning to the U.S.

Dr. Morrow has been treating injuries with her hands for well over a decade. She utilizes Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, motion palpation, and myofascial stretching techniques to help restore function to the tissues which tend to pull bones/joints out of alignment. Through releasing these soft tissues, adjusting the spine and extremities using both force and non-force Chiropractic techniques, and helping you work towards correcting muscle imbalances, Dr. Morrow aims to give you the tools your body needs for maintaining your healthiest alignment as long as possible. She also incorporates targeted nutritional and emotional support, when indicated, using a technique called Neuro-Emotional Technique, and has extensive additional training in adjusting infants and children. Dr. Morrow is grateful to call Hood River home and enjoys mountain biking, SUPing, wind and kitesurfing, running, and hiking throughout the Gorge.
